After the dust of the frontier settled and the desert air proved too unforgiving, Doc Holliday followed the warm winds south. He traveled until the land thinned into islands, and the world slowed just enough to breathe. In Key West, Doc found what he’d been missing—not an escape, but a table.
Never interested in flash, Doc valued loyalty, sharp minds, and steady hands. Our restaurant carries that same spirit: welcoming locals like family, greeting travelers like old friends, and giving everyone a reason to stay a little longer.
At Doc's, you can be a hero, a rebel or something in between. All stories are encouraged... and the table is always set.

The EATERY
Doc believed meals should be honest, filling, and worth sitting down for. Our spacious and breezy upstairs bistro seats aplenty. Folks of all ages are welcome to indulge in comfort classics, coastal influences, and bold flavors cooked to perfection.
The BALCONY
Grab one of Doc's signature cocktails, and retreat to our second story, antebellum balcony. There’s no rush up here—just good food, good drinks, and the best view of iconic Duval St.

Prohibition be damned. Take a few steps off Duval, and "sneak" into our cozy downstairs bar. This is where strangers become friends, and where and revelry is highly encouraged.

We were fortunate to find this hidden gem on Duval Street. The manager was very friendly and the staff was excellent. My husband was happy because they prepared his burger just the way he likes it! We highly recommend this restaurant.

Very cool new spot on Duval! Perfect blend of great casual food (Wagyu burger), drinks and atmosphere. Service is friendly and the views from the deck overlooking Duval make for a very pleasant stop while in Old Town.

If you're a fan of BBQ, then this is the place for you. Delicious brisket and pulled pork. A lovely, inviting upstairs atmosphere with great views to boot. And an incredible cocktail menu. Definitely worth a stop by if you're in Key West!
